What we collect
Contact details, tenancy details, what you tell us about your home, and — with your explicit consent — health information you volunteer. If we speak on the phone, the call may be recorded for training and quality, and so we have an accurate record of what you told us. Recordings are kept with your enquiry and deleted on the same timetable.
Why
To deal with your housing disrepair enquiry and refer it, with your consent, to an FCA-authorised claims management company and their panel law firm.
Legal basis
Consent; explicit consent for health information.
Who receives it
The named firms above — nobody else, never sold.
How long
Enquiries that don't proceed are deleted after 12 months; referred cases are kept as long as the claim requires.
Your rights
Access, correction, erasure, and withdrawal of consent at any time via the email address, and the right to complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
